As a registered user, you are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must not share your password, use another user's account, or allow others to access your account.

While we do not offer a free trial, registration unlocks enhanced visibility into key property insights and eligibility to purchase advanced zoning tools, including expert zoning tools if available for your location or for the specific property.

Access to these expert zoning tools requires a separate purchase and is not included by default with account registration. Buildoptima reserves the right to modify, expand, or restrict the content and tools available to registered users at any time, at its sole discretion. Additionally, the features made available to registered users may vary over time or by account type.

Information unlocked through a subscription remains accessible for one (1) month from the date of unlock, due to periodic updates and data refresh cycles. After one-month, continued access to the same data will require re-unlocking using available credits.

Expert zoning tools purchased through one-time transactions remain accessible for as long as the registered user account is active, regardless of subscription status.

Buildoptima reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these terms, at our sole discretion.
